I am an illustrator heavily influenced by mid-20th century print media and kitsch aesthetics. I strive for an authentic look, especially when creating digital art, and enjoy studying real-life examples of the ephemera I imitate in my artwork. Most of what is shown here is digital art made using Clip Studio Paint; however, I also create traditional art, and carry a sketchbook and markers with me wherever I go.
A lot of my artwork revolves around a cast of original characters who live in a Cold War setting on an alternate Earth. When I get the time, I'll be adding more information about them to this site!
Currently, I make art during my free time away from my job, and it isn't my primary source of income, but I am working on setting up commissions and would love to create art in a professional capacity one day.
Outside of art and midcentury kitsch, my favorite things include cats, video games, Moog synthesizer music, old movies, collecting stuffed animals and pretty rocks, art history, and warm, cloudy early-summer afternoons where you can smell the rain in the air.
